All of our Dells, laptops and desktops, are configured with our unique Prep & Preventive Care package, which includes:

• Operating system (Windows) startup customization to optimize memory usage and performance
• Installation of all critical Windows updates and service packs
• Installation of Microsoft Security Essentials (anti-virus and anti-spyware software)
• Installation of the OpenOffice productivity suite, or Microsoft Office Starter Edition (Microsoft Office, Home & Student Edition, available for $129)
• Installation of the latest version of Adobe Reader
• Removal of unneeded trial programs.

Optional Add-Ons

• Date Transfer: For a nominal fee, West Michigan Computer Care can transfer all of your files, email, contacts and Internet favorites from your old computer to the new one.
• Delivery and Installation: Need some help hooking up your new Dell? Just ask. For an additional charge, we can deliver and install the computer, connect your printer, and make sure your email and Internet connection are up-and-running.
